After 1981 Donruss Golf brought golf cards back to the collecting world, it followed up with a 1982 Donruss Golf set that was produced in very small quantities compared to 1981. For instance, the sought after '82 Jack Nicklaus card #16 has only been graded 692 times total for all grades - compared to over 4,500 times for the 1981 Donruss Jack Nicklaus card. So, while the 1981 Donruss Golf set gets all the acclaim, collectors must note that the 1982 Donruss Golf set may have been short printed to a massive degree.
