From Vog: I LOVE the flange chatter, or what I call "rough milling" on the flange. It's one of the things that made me fall in love with some of Scotty's early work in 1992. Today's collectors see an occasional "Craftsman" putter released on Scotty's Gallery site; these Garage putters are their predecessors and are some of my favorite putters to collect.
