Offered here is an incredibly rare pre-Titleist Cameron Classic II handstamped for Vijay Singh. This is an ex-Vog owned putter that has been locked up in an estate for probably 15 years. Let's here the story from Vog on this unusual putter.

"I originally bought this putter around 2001 from an enthusiast in Florida who found it in a used club shop. It was all handstamped on the face as you see it, and it remains to this day the only handstamped Classic II head I have ever seen in 32 years of collecting. When I bought it, it was not in good shape. It had some type of pro platinum finish (unknown if it was original), the carbon steel underneath had oxidized so the plating was flaking off. Amazingly, it was not terribly dinged up. I tried for a couple of years to send it in to Scotty to refinish through one of the distributors with no luck. In late 2003 Scotty finally geared up the restoration service and I was given the opportunity to send this one in to test the service. Scotty received it (he did all of the work personally) and called me up. Bad news-while he had most of the exact stamps to hand stamp after this was remilled (to restore the "mushrooming") he did not have the V stamp for the VS on the toe-they were the rare "typewriter font" different than the stamps used for Scotty Cameron. He modified the stamp to be a dot stamp years earlier. He could re-order a new V stamp to match (a delay) or he could weld up just the VS, restamp it with another set, and get the putter done in a reasonable time. That's what we decided to do! This is one of perhaps a handful of putters that have been restored that were personally done by Scotty. I eventually sold this only because I had acquired another ex-Vijay putter and decided I didn't need two. Your chance to buy one of my past putters with a great story!"
