The first Scotty Cameron by Titleist putters were introduced at the 1995 PGA Merchandise show. This was the famous debut of now-popular styles like the Newport, Coronado, Napa, Catalina, and Laguna putters. The first 500 of each style were offered as a complete set and engraved on the face "1st RUN 1995/500".

Offered here is one of the first 500 La Costa putters produced by Scotty Cameron. The LaCosta was eventually discontinued early in the production cycle due to an issue with the LaCosta resort; it's been said no more than 3,000 were made.
