Offered here is a rare original photograph of Bobby Jones at the trophy ceremony following the United States Team's victory at the 1928 Walker Cup. Bobby Jones was Playing Captain for the 1928 Walker Cup, which was held at Chicago Golf Club. Jones helped lead the American squad to a resounding 11 to 1 victory. Jones himself, as Playing Captain, turned in one of the most impressive performances in Walker Cup history by defeating Philip Perkins in singles by the score of 13 & 12.
