Lot Description  

1887 1st edition of Golfing, A Handbook to the Royal and Ancient Game by W & R Chambers. This is a truly scarce 1st edition that is autographed by the author Chambers. This is almost certainly one of the only signed copies of this important work that exists. Very Good condition, some small splash stain on back cover. Unsigned 1st Editions are Listed in Gilchrist’s Guide to Golf Collectibles at $2,750.
