This duplex putter is usable both left- and right-handed.  It has a brass plate affixed across the left-hand face. "DM Patrick" is stamped on the 35" original greenhart splice-neck shaft. The club still retains its original grip and finish. Owner's initials are stamped on the head.  Seems like if clubmakers back in the day could think it, they could make it.  The variety of clubs they tried covers a large spectrum, but, like this club, few had much staying power - which makes this club all the more desirable.
