Ok, so our resident Scotty Cameron expert, "Vog" is a bit of a classic club geek. And he was geeking out when he found these clubs in a huge collection of classic and antique clubs in our warehouse.

Offered here is a 1960's era set of custom Toney Penna MacGregor VIP woods with the coveted SO serial number to designate a special order. As Vog told us, MacGregor built to order an incredibly small number of Toney Penna VIP clubs from 1959 to 1967 before Penna left the company to start his own company. Penna was MacGregor's chief club designer, responsible for the fancy face irons (among others the famous TP63's) and Eye O Matic persimmon wood inserts. Each set of these Penna VIP clubs is a little different as they were custom made to specific order. Vog told us he has 7 or 8 sets of Penna VIP irons and probably as many sets of woods. He has VIP's with velocitized inserts, Eye-O-Matic 60 inserts, aluminum inserts, keysite inserts...but he has never seen a set like these with red inserts and 6 screws. As he said, each set could be customized to a high level.

All original condition, original leather, tourney action shafts (no flex shown), driver 44.5", the 4 wood is missing a plug on the grip end.
