Vog says: Many people do not realize that before he joined Titleist, in 1994 Scotty planned a Classic VII putter, Napa/Wilson 8802 style, but it never made it into production. The Napa is a putter that Scotty loves because of his classic club roots as a boy, but he has very high standards for it. The original 1994 Classic VII never met his standards so it was never released. By 2005, Scotty had the Napa nailed.
