In order to see the original "Calamity Jane" putter made famous by Bobby Jones, one would have to visit the trophy case at Augusta National. To see the Grand Slam-winning "Calamity Jane II," (expertly re-created by J. Victor East for Bobby Jones due to wear and tear on the original), one would have to visit the USGA Museum in New Jersey.

For auction here, according to Spalding's 1932 catalog, is an exact duplicate of the famous 'Calamity Jane', complete with three sections of whipping on the shaft. First offered in 1932, Spalding's early wood-shafted Robert T. Jones Calamity Jane putters were made for only three years.

The grip and the 34 1/4" shaft are original.  The chrome loss on the clubhead is significant, as is the pitting and wear. To the club's credit, everything remains original.
