This lot consists of two original examples of "The Perfect Tee" sand tee mold. Sand tee molds used during the wood shaft era are, today, inherently rare. Consequently, Replica's are being reproduced—and they are popular (they often sell for upwards of $75 or more) because the genuine articles are so hard to come by. Neither of these examples, however, are replicas. The original Perfect Tees offered here were made early in the 20th century. Both are marked as made in Albert Lee, Minn., and both are in perfect working condition.
