Offered here is a lot of two early 1990's Wood Brothers persimmon woods, a driver and 3 wood.

According to Bill Vogeney, otherwise our resident Scotty Cameron putter expert but also a huge fan of the Wood Brothers, the company was founded primarily by Dave Wood, along with his brothers Dan and Charlie. Initially they refinished persimmon woods for tour and top caliber amateur players, they eventually designed their own persimmons under the names the Wood Brothers and Texas Golf Company. They were not only known for their high quality, but also for their unusual soleplates. They made their Texas driver (soleplate the shape of Texas) but also made an All-American driver, a Hawaiian, an All-Japan, an Australian, and an Espana (Spain). The players that used them included Bernhard Langer who won the 93 Masters with the Texas, Brad Faxon, Jeff Sluman, Jeff Maggert, Davis Love III, Greg Norman, Seve, etc. According to Vogeney (who has 30 of these rare and desirable clubs) the face profile of the driver makes it seem like at least the driver was a custom made for a specific player.

X100 True Temper shafts, tour velvet grips, driver is 44”, 3 wood 43” clubs are in good used condition with no visible cracks or damage.
