Iconic original photograph of Bobby Jones surveying the construction of his dream course in 1931. That course would, of course, become Augusta National Golf Club. Bobby Jones is seen here overseeing the construction alongside Wendell P. Miller, who was the Chief Engineer/Construction Manager on the golf course construction. In Wendell Miller's hands are the original golf course blueprints that Jones and Miller can be seen viewing in a different iconic image from this same day.

Photograph by famed Underwood & Underwood of New York, which must've sent someone down to Augusta to chronicle this visit by Bobby Jones. PSA Type 1.
