Offered here is a wonderful c1930s photograph of two of the greatest amateur golfers of all time, Bobby Jones and Glenna Collett. The duo was considered "the King and Queen of amateur golf" in the 1920s. Collett won a record 6 US Women's Amateur Championships, 6 North & South Amateurs, 6 Eastern Amateurs, and many more titles. Both posing for the camera in their follow through. We are not sure exactly where this photo was taken, but we've found several instances of them playing together in events/exhibitions including one at East Lake in 1928 and Opening Day at Pasatiempo in 1929. Impressive clarity on this 3 5/8" x 4 3/4" original photo.
