Offered here is a late 1990's, Scotty Cameron Tour Catalina in stainless steel, stamped "STAFF" and "A.D." on the rear bumpers. Solid cavity.

Vog says: Part of the "Deep South" collection, our consignor's documentation from the Cameron distributor at the time indicates this was made for former career amateur, PGA Tour player and 2006 Senior Open champion Allen Doyle. STAFF is a stamping I've only seen a few times; it indicates Allen was on the Titleist staff at the time. 

Collectors bonus: One of the nuances I see on this head is the solid cavity. The early Catalina Titleist head had a cavity. That head also was slightly longer from heel to toe than the Newport head. This appears to be a solid cavity stainless Newport head, the neck removed, and the shaft bored into the head to create this putter. The revival of the Catalina has renewed interest in this style, and there's a lot of different variations over the years to collect.

Length is 36", with pre-Titleist grip in 8.5 out of 10 condition. We will provide a copy of the letter to our consignor from the prior distributor describing this putter.
