Offered here is a Scotty Cameron "Garage" putter in black oxide finish, welded neck, circle T stamp, and gorgeous "brushed" flange. Stamped Putter Studio, Carlsbad California on the sole, and "For Tour Use Only" on back. "G" for Garage on the back.

Vog says: I love collecting Cameron Garage putters-no two are the same. Scotty called these putters a Garage because in his early days, Scotty would sometimes come home after a long day in his shop (way before it was referred to as a "studio") but he still wanted to create. He had a mill in his garage, and he'd get creative. In the mid-1990's he made a precious few putters stamped "SCG" for Scott or Scotty Cameron Garage, and he did not make another putter marked as a Garage until 2002 (that I've seen). He then used the Garage marking when he would make a few handful of putters for various collector events-the PGA Show, the International Cameron Convention and the Museum and Gallery event. Around 2014 the Garage name and markings were mostly retired and "Toolbox" was the name he used and eventually, "Craftsman."

These putters typically have a welded neck (although not always), and/or have been shaped by hand, or have a brushed flange like this or "snow" stamped on the flange, or have a lot of extra stamping in general. This looks to be a slightly stubbier version of the Circa 62 Model 1 head, and while the neck looks "standard" I see a longer round neck than normal. And it has the studio stamping on the sole. As I said, no two are alike and I have not seen one like this. By the date on the COA I believe this one was made for sale and display at the 2010 PGA Show. If you decide to buy a Garage, Craftsman or Toolbox putter, you can rest assured Scotty made the putter personally!

Condition is nice used, 8.5 out of 10, with signs of use on the sole, but the topline appears fairly clean. Exotic leather "quill" grip and stainless steel shaft band, length is 34"
