Actual Green Jacket Button

    Presented here is a vintage Masters Green Jacket button.  Many collectors are unaware that Green Jackets have been produced with both the regular logo buttons and the Augusta National name logo buttons.  While recent jackets all seem to have the buttons without the "Augusta National" name, these "Augusta National" buttons have been seen on some vintage Green Jackets when they were produced by Hart, Shaffner & Marx.  Most notably, we have inspected the Green Jacket awarded to Doug Ford for winning the 1957 Masters, which contains "Augusta National" button just like the one offered here.
