Mr. 59 Al Geiberger Autograph Collection

        Al  Geiberger played on 2 Ryder Cup teams, won 11 times on the PGA Tour, 10 times on the Senior PGA Tour, and the 1966 PGA Championship - but all anyone wants to talk about is one round of golf he played on June 10, 1977 at Colonial Country Club (Memphis, TN) for the Memphis Classic.  And boy was it a round to remember.  On that famous date, Al Geiberger became the first professional golfer to shoot a 59 in a PGA Tour sanctioned event.  Forever after, Geiberger was simply known as "Mr. 59".
