Jack Nicklaus Signed U.S. Open Display -
with Actual Piece of Pebble Beach Fence
Presented here is a great piece of golf history. This signed 2000 U.S.
Open display contains an actual 3 1/2" x 2" piece of the fence from around the
18th tee at Pebble Beach. The fence, which protected players from the steep
edge leading to the rocks below, became symbolic of the 2000 U.S. Open when Jack
Nicklaus sat on the fence just before teeing off for the last time in his U.S.
Open career. Jack Nicklaus said goodbye to the U.S. Open and Pebble Beach.
Meanwhile, Tiger Woods ushered in a new era by dominating the field en route to
his first U.S. Open victory.
This large framed display measures 29" x 21" overall, and comes with a letter
from Pebble Beach attesting to the authenticity of this famous piece of fence.
This great framed item also contains an authentic Pebble Beach scorecard, which
has been boldly signed by Jack Nicklaus.
