1957 U.S. Amateur Ticket (17 year old Jack Nicklaus)

          The original owner of this ticket surely didn't know the true extent of the potential that he or she was watching at the 1957 U.S. Amateur.  A 17 year old Jack Nicklaus competed against the older, more experienced amateurs at the 1957 tournament, which was held at famed Brookline.  The young boy likely took it all in quite well, as he would soon be the one holding the U.S. Amateur Trophy, which he did in 1959 and 1961.  This ticket is in fair condition, and is the first such ticket that we have ever offered.
