1957 PGA Championship Contestant's Money Clip

Money clips have long been associated with golfers and golf tournaments - whether given out as player credentials are produced in limited quantities for patrons or people associated with a particular tournament.  The market is flooded with replica money clips from golf tournaments, but presented here is a rare opportunity to obtain an authentic money clip from an early Major Championship. This money clip was given to a contestant at the 1957 PGA Championship - won by Lionel Hebert at Miami Valley Country Club, in the last year before the PGA Championship abandoned the match play format in favor of stroke play.
