1941 L.A. Open Contestant's Badge

The Los Angeles Open (currently Northern Trust Open) is one of the longest-running events on Tour. It started in 1926, and has seen a Who's Who of Champions, including Ben Hogan, Byron Nelson, Sam Snead, and Arnold Palmer. The tournament began its current relationship with Riviera Country Club in 1973, but some golf fans forget that the L.A. Open rotating among several other courses in its first few decades of existence.

Presented here is an actual contestant's badge from the 1941 L.A. Open. Interestingly, the 1941 tournament was also held at famed Riviera Country Club. This impressive vintage badge is in great condition.
