The Ryder Cup

 

 

Circa 1890's Brass Putter (BGI)

        This gorgeous brass putter was made by Bridgeport Gun & Implement ("BGI") in the 1890's. This club is in exceptional condition and displays a bold, near-mint BGI stamp on the reverse of the clubhead. The clubhead appears to be made out of brass, which was called gun metal at the time.
