Original 1933 FDC From Augusta National Course Opening

          Presented here is the rare original 1933 First Day Cover (FDC) that was created for the opening of a new golf course called Augusta National. To further help the new course's attempts at promoting membership, Augusta National is also referred to as Robert T. (Bobby) Jones Course on this spectacular FDC. It contains the original Augusta, Georgia postmark from January 13, 1933 - the exact day of Augusta National's Course Opening. The FDC was then mailed to a gentleman in Montclair, NJ.
