Tiger Woods Buick TV Commercial

"Tiger Art" Outfit and Used Golf Club Upper Deck Authenticated

It's hard to imagine that a more remarkable Tiger Woods display exists, let alone is available for purchase.

A few years ago Buick famously filmed Tiger Woods hitting paintballs into a series of canvases. From that footage, a nationwide advertising campaign followed. And what happened to those "original" Tiger Woods works of art created by Tiger pelting the canvas at close range with wedge shots? Well, the canvases were sold for charity for $25,000 to $50,000 each.

Offered here is one of Tiger Wood's actual paint-splattered outfits from that multi-day Buick TV Commercial shoot, as well as one of Tiger's personal golf clubs also used the hit the paintballs. The entire outfit - consisting of Tiger's actual shirt, pants, shoes and glove - is encased in a custom display case befitting a museum. Tiger has added a very large autograph to the front of the paint-splattered shirt, which has been authenticated by Tiger's exclusive autograph provider, Upper Deck Authenticated. This exact piece was displayed at Upper Deck's headquarters prior to our consignor's purchase.

We were able to locate a behind-the-scenes look at the commercial shoot on Youtube at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mMKoWOj5nM4 That link shows Tiger on a separate day of filming, wearing a different outfit, but it is a great behind the scenes look at the whole "Tiger Art" process.

The winning bidder should budget approximately $500 to ship this substantial piece in the continental United States. International bidders are also welcome, but will be responsible for arranging their own shipping.
