Ted Ray Signed Letter on Personal
Letterhead
with Harry Vardon Content
This is a very rare signed
letter of the great Ted Ray, who won the 1912 Open Championship and 1920 U.S.
Open. Ray is also famous to many Americans for his involvement in the 1913 U.S.
Open, where a young American named Francis Ouimet shocked Ted Ray and Harry
Vardon (not to mention the entire world) by beating the great champions.
This original Ted Ray letter is on
his own personal letterhead and he even mentions the great Harry Vardon in the
letter, as his prepare's for Vardon's visit! The letter contains a nice, bold
Ted Ray signature.
