        In this auction, we have the extreme pleasure of offering virtually the entire collection of "Mr. 59" Al Geiberger. Ryan and Bob recently flew out to Palm Springs to shoot Mr. Geiberger and his collection for the Pilot episode of a new reality TV show based on Green Jacket Auctions. While we were there, Al Geiberger decided that rather than continuing to keep his collection packed away in a California storage facility, he felt that it was his duty to share his memorabilia with the world. Nothing was off limits to Green Jacket Auctions. We came home with some of the most historic pieces of golf memorabilia that we have ever offered, including Al Geiberger's Wannamaker Trophy and his actual golf clubs from the 59 Round. Ryder Cup Trophy Plaque

        Instead of receiving a player's Ryder Cup trophy, as is currently presented to members' of the Ryder Cup teams, in the 1960's and 70's, Ryder Cup participants were awarded a trophy plaque commemorating their involvement. Offered here is the original Ryder Cup Trophy Plaque awarded to Al Geiberger at the 1975 Ryder Cup. This original trophy plaque measures 8"x15". It comes with a letter of authenticity from Al Geiberger himself.
