Stunning 1929 Pebble Beach
7th Hole Photograph
As you've no doubt seen by now, this Winter Golf
Auction by Green Jacket Auctions represents one of the greatest sales of golf
photographs in history. From Old Tom Morris & the origins of professional golf
to Bobby Jones & the founding of Augusta National, many of the offered
photographs are among the finest such examples in the hobby.
Offered here is a rare
original 1929 photograph of Pebble Beach's famed 7th hole. The 7th at Pebble is
often called the most photographed hole in the world. With that said, this is
quite possibly the earliest and almost certainly the finest photo of this hole
that we've ever encountered.
This is an original studio photo by
local photographed J.P. Graham of Del Monte, California.
Condition is very nice with a couple
of minor corner creases.
Photo measures 7 1/4" x 9 3/4".
