Pine Valley Member's Jacket

         Even with the numerous rare and unique items we are fortunate to obtain for each auction, it was hard to contain our excitement when we learned about this piece – an original Member’s Jacket from the #1 golf course in the world, Pine Valley.

        Augusta National and St. Andrews often get all the fame due to their hosting of Major Championships, but those two courses (and every other course in the entire world) almost always sit behind one course when a list of the world’s greatest is released; and that course is Pine Valley Golf Club.

        Not only is Pine Valley considered the greatest golf course in the world, it’s also one of the most exclusive. Simple golf shirts from Pine Valley have brought several hundred dollars at auction, and the last Pine Valley golf flag we sold brought almost $2,000.

        Offered here is unquestionably the most significant Pine Valley item ever auctioned – by us or any other auction house. For the very first time in history, we are pleased to present an authentic Pine Valley Golf Club member’s jacket.

        The jacket was produced by the Bobby Jones Company in 1992 and is a size 42R. The original manufacturer’s tag is located inside, which contains the manufacturing date, Pine Valley member’s name, size, and other pertinent information. The jacket is in excellent condition.
