Prospectus for Golden Bear Golf, Inc.

         This is a very rare prospectus from when Jack Nicklaus' Golden Bear Golf, Inc. was brought public by Merrill Lynch.  Jack's company that was infamously brought down by the illegal reporting activities of one of its chief executives.
