Once an item among the famous Jamie-Ortiz Patino Collection, this fine and original cleek details the efforts of Willie Park Jr. to manufacture an iron with an insert to soften the contact with the gutty ball. While George Nicoll had made a production of these irons, with several selling over the past 25 years, this Park model may well be unique. It will make a fine addition to any patent club collection, and certainly a centerpiece to any collection of Wm. Park Jr. memorabilia.

Circa 1892-1893. Oval “W. Park Maker Musselburgh” stamp on head. Contains original Wm. Park shaft and original/period grip.
