Vintage 1930s Bobby Jones
Poker Chip Set

Offered here is an original circa 1930s poker chip set that appears to depict the great Bobby Jones. While we don’t know for certain, the manufacturer likely capitalized on the fame and popularity of Jones during his heyday and produced this great set of poker chips without Bobby Jones’ knowledge or consent. Though Jones was an avid bridge player and enjoyed gambling, it would seen greatly out of character for Jones to publicly endorse a set like this.  

This is a very impressive set of poker chips bearing Jones’ likeness. They come in their original wood case and original/period playing cards.
