Membership Card and Ribbon

This is a fantastic original membership card and "New Member" ribbon from North Shore Golf Club in 1923. These pieces both belonged to a "George O'Neil", who was a new member of the club int 1923. Both of these items are in exceptional condition, and were clearly stored well for the past 92 years. North Shore is probably most famous for hosting the 1933 US Open and 1938 US Amateur, though the course has also hosted numerous other important tournaments including the 1928 Western Open and 1983 US Amateur.
