Original 1908 Signed Photograph of J.H. Taylor
from his Personal Collection

This is an original 1908 autographed photograph of J.H. Taylor and Lady Margaret Rachel Scott. Lady Margaret Rachel Scott (later named Lady Hamilton Russell) was considered the greatest female golfer of her time who won the first three British Ladies Amateurs in 1893, 1894, and 1895.

This photograph comes from J.H. Taylor's personal collection, and he wrote notations on the reverse of the photo, including his own autograph. The photo was taken in Pau, France in 1908. The black ink writing on the bottom of the photo's back is a later note from J.H. Taylor's daughter stating that she was the owner of the photo. Measures 5" x 6 3/4".
