USGA Senior Golf Fold-Out Autograph Sheet

Very cool fan fold-out from the USGA to promote autograph collecting on the Senior Tour in conjunction with the USGA Museum in Far hills, NJ  Folded, it measures 4 3/4" x 7" and folds out to reveal 7 4 3?4" x 7" Cards of Nicklaus, Palmer, Player, Snead, Sarazen, Trevino, and Chi Chi Rodriguez.  Unfolded it measures 7" x 38"
