Official tournament-used Major Championship scorecards from Tiger Woods are, for rather obvious reasons, difficult to come by. Offered here is the actual scorecard from Tiger Woods' paying partner Corey Pavin from the 1996 US Open during Tiger's rookie year on Tour. As scorecard collectors are well-aware, a "marker's" scorecard is entirely filled-out by the marker himself while he carries it in his pocket during the round. So this scorecard, including the individual hole scores and miscellaneous marks, is written entirely in a young Tiger Woods' own hand. Tiger, of course, also added his own signature to the scorecard to attest to Corey Pavin's round.
