This is a
scarce Ben Sayers bramble golf ball. Actually, it's only the 2nd we've
ever seen. The ball is stamped "Sayers" at the equator, and retains 98%
of its original paint. Sayers was one of the great golf professionals
of the late 1800s/early 1900s. There are very few early golf balls that
were ever stamped at the equator in this manner, and this is an impressive example.
