Offered here is the "Cuirass" putter from London Golf Co. Ltd. According the the November 27, 1903 issue of Golf Illustrated, the brass-faced Cuirass clubs were designed for use with the new rubber core golf ball that was quickly dominating the golf world in the early 1900s. This club is a great example of the transition that the golf world was going through in 1903.
