Long before the property off Washington Road in Augusta, GA became the world famous Augusta National Golf Club, it was a prosperous nursery called Fruitland Nurseries. Offered here are three original Fruitland Nurseries documents from the 1920s. Bobby Jones and his investors purchased the Fruitland Nurseries property in 1931, and Augusta National Golf Club opened its doors in 1933. Included in this lot are the following:
