The Pinehurst Resort opened for business in 1895, but its first golf course wasn't open for play until 1898. Offered here is an original 1899 Pinehurst Golf Links Scorebook/Scorecard. This scorebook comes from a full 8 years before the iconic No. 2 course was completed in 1907. We've seen some early Pinehurst advertising brochures in the past, but this is the earliest purely golf-related Pinehurst Resort item that we've ever located.
