Offered here is a PING putter we'd never seen before. According to Jeff Ellis' new tome, And The Putter Went PING, this rare PING Anser 310 was produced only for the Japanese market in limited quantities. It was made exclusively for Mitsukoski Department Store in Japan to celebrate its 310th anniversary. Mitsukoshi sold a limited number of these Anser 310s in its 1983 catalog. Because this club has a lightweight graphite shaft, the Anser 310 has a longer hosel which increased the head weight.
