Offered here is a highly impressive Orrefors decanter that was a gift to players at the 1978 Open Championship at St Andrews. The decanter features an impressive scene of the Royal & Ancient clubhouse. The 1978 Open at St Andrews was, of course, won by the great Jack Nicklaus. Only 155 golfers competed in the 1978 Open, and we wonder how many of these decanters still exist (and in this condition!) nearly 40 years later. The decanter is in excellent condition, stands 11" tall.
