Old Tom Morris is one of the most important figures in golf history. No serious golf collection can be considered complete without a Morris name attached to several pieces. Since golf collecting starting over a century ago, perhaps the most consistently sought-after piece of memorabilia during that time is a golf club made by Old Tom Morris.

The offered club is a high grade example of Tom Morris' craftsmanship. This circa 1850s-1860s Old Tom Morris putter. The original file lines on the face (made by turning a file on edge and dragging it across the face) are distinct and highly visible. This 150+ year old club looks nearly unstruck. A superb Tom Morris club.

This piece is being offered today from the famed Ronnie Watts Collection
