Circa 1903 William Philpot putter with unusual patented rectangular head with pointed toe. Philpot was known to have an advanced knowledge of woodworking, which may help explain this creative design. Head stamp is faint. Also has an original shaft and grip that nearly doubles in size at the end. Overall good condition on this rare putter. 35 1/2".
