1961 Republic of the Philippines Golf Association medal. Engraved to P.J. Boatwright, Jr., Chairman World Amateur Golf Council. Boatwright was an important early USGA figure. He was the USGA's Executive Director of Rules and Competition for many years, including setting up golf courses for US Opens. He was regarded the guru for rules at the time, and as considered the final work on the subject.
