This is an actual tournament scorecard from the 1958 Western Open. The scorecard was for Roy Beattie with Bob Goalby as his playing partner and scorer for the 2nd round on May 30, 1958. Handwritten on a sticker on the scorecard is "Bob Goalby - PGA winner." Being called a "PGA Winner" was quite new to Goalby, as he won his first PGA Tournament just the month prior at the April 1958 Greater Greensboro Open. Goalby would, of course, have a long and successful PGA Tour career including a victory at the 1968 Masters Tournament.
