This is a truly spectacular 1930s "19th Hole" Sterling Silver overlay on glass tray. It is a Sterling Silver filigree over glass set into a black sheet of glass and made into a serving tray. One of the most intricate Sterling Silver overlays that we've ever seen. This was used as a golf tournament award in 1932 for Bellevue Golf Club. The tray measures 19 1/2" x 13 1/2" with the oval Sterling overlay measuring 13" x 7 1/4". Listed in the 1991 edition of Decorative Golf Collectibles at $700-$1000, though we suspect its value has risen in the past 29 years.
