This is Phil Mickelson's actual tournament-issued Competitor Bag Tag from the 1995 US Open at Shinnecock Hill Golf Club. A young Phil Mickelson finished T4 in the 1995 US Open. This bag tag was obtained by the homeowner that rented his house to Phil Mickelson during the 1995 US Open at Shinnecock. Accompanying this bag tag is a great piece of provenance - copy of the rental agreement between Mickelson and the homeowner during US Open Week in 1995.
