Offered here is a virtually unimprovable Tiger Woods signed 1996 US Amateur Program. Tiger famously won the US Amateur for the 3rd consecutive year in 1996. Very few autograph programs from Tiger exist from that tournament. Because of this, the original owner took matters into his own hand and was able to submit an unsigned program to Upper Deck Authenticated. Several months later, Tiger Woods graciously signed the heart of this program with an exceptional signature.
