The Haskell may look like other golf balls of its day, but what's inside changed golf forever. In 1898, a casual golfer named Coburn Haskell suggested to a golfing buddy who worked at B.F. Goodrich Company in Cleveland, Ohio that he ought to make a golf ball from the rubber material he noticed at B.F. Goodrich. What resulted was a rubber wound golf ball that changed history.

This is an original Haskell golf ball with an easy to read 1899 patent date. The ball is in Fair overall condition.
